Exposure to SaaS environments or cloud-first IT infrastructure. ## Description We're looking for a Junior IT Analyst (Part-Time) to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 0-3 years of experience looking to launch their career in IT operations, security, and modern cloud infrastructure. As the first point of contact for Tier 1 IT support, you'll play a key role in helping employees stay productive by resolving technical issues, managing user access, maintaining company devices, and supporting the systems our team relies on every day. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced IT and Security professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to automation, AI, and cloud-first technologies.
