The ideal candidate will have prior laboratory accessioning experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and exceptional communication are essential., * Minimum 3 years of laboratory accessioning experience required. * Previous experience in a clinical laboratory, reference laboratory, or medical diagnostic laboratory is required. * Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience working with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) * Knowledge of laboratory specimen handling, medical terminology, and accessioning procedures. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment. * Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to manage daily communications and assigned tasks effectively. * Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate degree in a healthcare or laboratory-related field preferred. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. * Must consistently monitor and respond to Outlook emails, Microsoft Teams messages, and assigned tasks on a daily basis. * Must be willing to complete and successfully pass a pre-employment background check. * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
