Familiarity with Agile/Scrum outside of traditional software design is ideal. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. * Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling. * Attention to detail, with consistent application of audit trails, versioning, and documented best practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. ## Description IH&S is comprised of six domestic and one international business unit. SCOPE OF ROLE: This position plays a critical role in advancing IH&S's finance data transformation initiatives by focusing on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, enabling standardized financial reporting, and translating complex financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insights. In addition to supporting ongoing reporting needs, this individual will contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data models that support forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive-level performance visibility.
