MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

 * Assist with manger duties to include timesheet approvals, and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs

 * Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed

 * Assist with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend

 * Assist with keeping kb articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing.

 * Assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard.
