 * Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

## Description

With close guidance and direction, incumbents participate in the development of applications or web designs by learning end-user needs, writing code and documenting processes as needed.

 * Perform program coding, testing, development and documentation activities for programs of average complexity as guided by senior developers and/or leadership.
 * Participate in integration, training and implementation activities as defined by supervisor.
 * Interact with users to gain clarity on objectives and operating procedures.
 * Review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to gain understanding of project scope, complexity, code changes and clarify expectations.
 * Learn and follow change control protocol.
 * Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
 * Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
