Preferred Qualifications: * Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and basic database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Experience building dashboards in Google Data Studio or similar BI tools. * Hands-on experience automating support tasks or workflows with AI tools. * Exposure to TypeScript, React, or Next.js. * Familiarity with Python for scripting or data tasks. * Interest in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments. * Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.). ## Description We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (AI-Enabled) to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's technical systems, supporting the smooth functioning of IT-related hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations across ERP systems, Google Workspace platforms, internal servers, automated reporting tools, and other company-critical technologies, while actively leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency.
