* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
 * 9 years in software/automation engineering, with 2 leading teams or significant technical delivery
 * Demonstrated ability to architect agentic/automation solutions and to manage the engineers who build them
 * Experience owning delivery commitments in consulting, managed services, or client delivery
 * Commercial awareness: estimation, utilization, and scope management

Nice to have:

 * Prior managed or professional services experience; pre-sales or proposal contribution
 * Deep ServiceNow or platform/cloud architecture background

Leadership profile:

 * Develops people and raises the engineering bar
 * Balances delivery, quality, economics, and talent simultaneously
 * Owns client technical relationships with credibility
