## About the Role

* 2-3+ years designing and shipping web product UI/UX, in a role where you both designed and wrote frontend code.
 * A portfolio of original UI/UX work - flows, interaction, and visual design you created yourself (not only implemented mockups), with your reasoning.
 * Expert in Figma - component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
 * Strong frontend skills - React, HTML5, CSS3 (responsive, mobile-first), TypeScript - you ship production code.
 * Strong visual craft - typography, spacing, hierarchy, and an eye for near-pixel-perfect execution.
 * Good communication and teamwork in English and Vietnamese.

Nice to have

 * Experience designing data-heavy, dashboard, or complex B2B / AI product interfaces.
 * Component-driven workflow - design tokens, Storybook, shadcn/Radix or similar.
 * Motion and interaction design - Framer Motion, GSAP or similar.
 * Accessibility (WCAG) experience.
 * Familiarity with REST / GraphQL data flows.
 * Git and Agile / Scrum ways of working.
