## About the Role

Need someone comfortable with packaging and troubleshooting using InTune and SCCM

For Mac using JAMF For windows it's intune and sccm

Bulk of work on windows side. (90/10)

Would take someone that was Windows only

Packaging done manually

Some Powershell familiarity to do basic commands and read code, * In-depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID and Active Directory, and Group Policy.

 * Software Packaging & Deployment:
 * Hands-on experience packaging Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
 * Proficiency with JAMF for MacOS administration and application distribution.
 * Automation & Scripting:
 * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automating tasks and streamlining configuration management.
 * Familiarity with modern CI/CD methodologies for continuous application delivery is a plus.
 * Communication & Problem-Solving:
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration
