This role focuses on being a thought leader and hands-on builder of the foundational components, patterns, and guidelines that empower product teams to move faster while raising the bar for craft, consistency, and brand integrity. As a senior individual contributor and design leader, you will partner with product, engineering, brand, and system leadership to translate system strategy into production-ready solutions. You will raise design standards, bring vision into practice, and mentor others in designing with systems at scale.
