(Specific requirements vary depending on assignments). * Knowledge of data connections to various databases and data transfer protocols. * Ability to listen and understand user requests and issues and ask the right questions. * Knowledge of business process modeling, project implementation, business analysis tools and techniques. * Ability to train others in applications processes and procedures. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Good customer relation skills and the ability to act as liaison between technical and non-technical staff. * Knowledge of the City and the Department operations and procedures (where assigned).
