* Language Skills Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

· Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be very comfortable with technology and strong in MS Excel, MS Word, experience with LMS.

## Description

LMS Support primarily dispatches, loads, and tests course objects onto various LMS and learning environments. This will include uploading files, reviewing content, preparing reports and working with data, trouble-shooting issues, archiving progress, and updating customer-facing tools. Will, on occasion, meet with customers. Attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

· Upload files to Learning Management Systems

· Update titles, categories, and content descriptions

· Add monthly updates and help manage retirements for integration customers

· Validate course, record passing scores, and course attributes

· Verify correct courses launch and perform as expected

· Publish courses as appropriate and report/indicate any issues

· Assist with UAT testing during LMS enhancement releases

· Support integration customer tickets and troubleshooting

· Assist with escalated technical issues via research and testing

· Other tasks as assigned
