Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. · Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be very comfortable with technology and strong in MS Excel, MS Word, experience with LMS. ## Description LMS Support primarily dispatches, loads, and tests course objects onto various LMS and learning environments. This will include uploading files, reviewing content, preparing reports and working with data, trouble-shooting issues, archiving progress, and updating customer-facing tools. Will, on occasion, meet with customers. Attention to detail is required.
