## About the Role

* At least two years of database administration experience required.
 * Expertise in Microsoft Excel highly preferred.
 * Knowledge of Bonterra Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database, including ability to design and run complex reports and manage updates, highly preferred.
 * Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python highly preferred.
 * Experience with Power Automate and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI highly preferred.
 * BA/BS preferred.
 * Solid understanding of database design and architecture principles, and experience using tools such as Microsoft Access, desired.
 * Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
 * Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, able to meet strict deadlines, flexible, able to triage among competing priorities, and able to work across multiple departments in a supportive and team-oriented manner.

## Description

The Data Manager works in conjunction with staff to design, develop, and maintain the organization's data systems. The Data Manager is responsible for generating reports for both internal and external purposes, including formal periodic reports for government agencies, private funders, and departments as needed. The Data Manager works to maintain system and data integrity, security, and accessibility for appropriate staff. The Data Manager also communicates regularly with staff to identify and correct any problematic issues with existing database structures. The Data Manager performs all job duties consistent with the mission and goals of organization.
