As a Staff BI and Data Analyst within our People & Culture and Finance departments, you will be at
the heart of Oviva. You will partner with senior stakeholders-including the Managing Director and
Clinical Delivery Directors in Switzerland-to translate complex business priorities into actionable
analytics roadmaps. Your work ensures we provide the best possible care to our patients while
maintaining operational excellence., Technical: Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and modern BI tools.
Preferred: Experience with Python and version control (Github/Git) to further scale our data
capabilities.

 * Partner with senior leadership to define and track the long-term data strategy for our Swiss
 * operations.
 * Coordinate cross-functional projects across product, operations, and data teams to deliver high-
 * impact insights.
 * Design and maintain sophisticated dbt models and high-quality dashboards in tools like
 * Thoughtspot or Tableau.
 * Solve complex business problems using advanced SQL and data visualization techniques.
 * Advocate for data-driven decision-making by providing self-service reporting capabilities to
 * internal teams.
