## Description

This is a Senior UX Generalist / Senior UX Designer role with a strong focus on UX Research + Service Design + Product Design. It's not a UI Developer or Front-End Developer position.
Primary Responsibilities

 * Conduct User Research (interviews, workshops, focus groups)
 * Analyze user behaviors and pain points.
 * Create User Journeys and Process Flows
 * Design Wireframes
 * Build Interactive Prototypes
 * Create High-Fidelity UI Designs
 * Conduct Usability Testing
 * Present UX recommendations to business stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Designers.
 * Work on multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.
