 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

## Description

We are looking for a highly experienced MEAN Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and can provide technical leadership to the team.
This role requires a strong hands-on engineer who can architect scalable solutions, drive engineering best practices, mentor other developers, and lead development efforts across multiple initiatives., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

 * Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems.
 * Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
 * Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
 * Collaborate with product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
