## Description

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Serve as the primary coordinator across development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
 * Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
 * Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus.
 * Partner closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful execution.
 * Manage project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
 * Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Assist with prioritization discussions and backlog management.
 * Monitor team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines.
 * Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
