As a Principal Systems Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. HOW A PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: * Phone support with the customer + to resolve issues pertaining to future releases of IMIS + support issues that arise in the field for current releases of IMIS. * Run vulnerability assessments STIGS/SCAP + add additional security controls to reduce the attack surface of the Operating Systems and network equipment * Recommend evaluated hardware based on customer needs. Evaluate the hardware to ensure there are no unwanted features, such as wireless communication features that could be enabled or on by default. * Make adjustments to Operating Systems and other COTS software to help with configuration management and installation.
