## Description

* Assist in the creation of project requirements by reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements with applicable staff.
 * Interface with system users to ensure full understanding of desired functionality and expectations.
 * Organize project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming languages, and logic.
 * Code project requirements by converting workflow information into computer language.
 * Functionality, scalability, performance and stress testing of internally and externally developed software solutions.
 * Preparation and maintenance of SDLC documentation and procedures.
 * Preparation and maintenance of software documentation (both internal to department and end-user-oriented documentation).
 * Facilitate and maintain the department's version control initiatives.
 * Promote the development and usage of reusable code and code libraries to provide the institution with valid data/results in a more constrained time frame.
 * Interface with Vendors to manage support issues and process implementation.
 * Maintain a broad knowledge of current trends and technologies for future use and expansion of the institution and its capabilities.
