## About the Role

We're looking for someone who can step in quickly and work independently with minimal training.

Preferred experience includes:

 * Windows PC troubleshooting and repair
 * Virus and malware removal
 * Software and hardware troubleshooting
 * Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)
 * Microsoft 365 and Office 365 support
 * Printer and peripheral support
 * Basic Windows Server and Active Directory experience
 * Experience supporting small business environments
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
