Comfortable with change and able to adapt as needed to meet the needs of our clients. Desired Skills and Experience * Experience in a post-production or media creation environment. * Understanding of video compression and various codecs used by VOD platforms and broadcasters. * Ability to work independently while managing a heavy workload. * Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. * Enjoy work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Attention to detail. * A positive, can-do attitude and team player. * Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, Weekends). ## Description We are seeking on-call Temporary Conformance Technicians to manipulate and edit audio, video and subtitle files to match client and vendor specifications for streaming platforms on an as-needed basis, sometimes with as little as one day's notice. Great opportunity for someone who is a team-oriented, technically skilled, systems-oriented, and has an overall "Roll Up Your Sleeves" approach to troubleshooting. Day and swing shifts are available; please indicate if you have a preference.
