## About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or program evaluation who brings both technical skill and a passion for using data to improve outcomes. The successful candidate will also have experience in training or facilitation and a demonstrated ability to support and empower staff to adopt strong data practices and use systems effectively.
