Finally. You're here! In your new position, you will install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and software independently in workstation support, server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunication and network connectivity, and SAN administration where technical work requires specific knowledge to evaluate, select, adapt, and modify standard procedures. You will provide environment support for E-document system at server and proprietary software system levels installing and updating software. You will see that they interface with OIT for server updates and upgrades and troubleshoot issues affecting production as they might arise. We're going to lean on you to come up with new approaches to problems you might encounter. You will diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues for customers across assigned multiple technology domains. You're going to answer questions and present informal mentorship opportunities to peers - helping them understand what we do and why we do it.
