## Description

The Senior Software Engineer (Java) will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade software solutions. This role involves researching emerging technologies, building proof-of-concepts, defining technical specifications, and delivering high-quality code across the full development lifecycle., * Research and evaluate emerging technologies to address complex engineering challenges.

 * Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
 * Collaborate with Product and Engineering Management to define functional specifications and design documents for NextLabs products and solutions.
 * Lead definition, design, and development of products and components while following architectural best practices.
 * Deliver architecture, technical solutions, and production-quality code across the SDLC.
 * Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of NextLabs products.
 * Partner with QA and Technical Publications to support testing coverage and technical documentation.
 * Collaborate across teams for cohesive system design and implementation.
