## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
 * Proficiency and experience with statistics and predictive analytics
 * Proficiency and experience with machine learning & deep learning models
 * Proficiency and experience with Python, R, SQL
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

 * Proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools

## Description

This position will be responsible for data analysis, statistical modeling, visualizations, and data engineering to support data insights for the campus., * Extract and analyze data from the Banner ERP system and related data sources to fulfill internal data requests

 * Develop modeling frameworks for prediction, classification, and similar goals, utilizing machine learning models and artificial intelligence tools when appropriate
 * Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualization using Power BI or other approved data visualization tools
 * Identify opportunities for enhancing data assets and propose innovative solutions
 * Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide data-driven recommendations
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business challenges
 * Develop and maintain data models, data definitions, and documentation
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
 * Automate and optimize recurring reports and analytical processes
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
 * Support data governance and compliance initiatives
 * Other duties as assigned
