You will work within a squad-based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality, on-time delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment with industry best practices and the client's operational realities. Key Responsibilities * Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage * Drive * Enable * Convert * Optimize * Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs * Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows * Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices * Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs) * Support data migration (mapping, templates, validation, test loads) * Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness * Deliver system walkthroughs and training sessions * Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations * Identify risks early and provide proactive recommendations Implementation Focus * Multi-location and franchise business models * POS integrations (Toast, Square, NCR) * High-volume transaction environments and daily sales reconciliation * Inventory across locations and centralized purchasing * Cash management and store-level financial visibility * Labor cost tracking and operational reporting * Vendor procurement and supply chain workflows * Integration with delivery platforms and external systems, Lead and deliver Workday implementations with a focus on integrations. Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations using Core Connectors, PECI, EIBs, and XSLT. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and own end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements through production deployment.
