## About the Role

* Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Python development.
 * Strong expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
 * Expert in at least one Python framework:
 * FastAPI
 * Flask
 * Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
 * Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL and ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy preferred).
 * Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
 * Good understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
 * Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
 * Strong understanding of Linux environments.
 * Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
 * Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
 * Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Apache Kafka.
 * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
 * Experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices architectures.
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Nice to Have

 * Experience building AI/GenAI applications.
 * Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
 * Experience working with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI services.
 * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agent architectures.
 * Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
 * Build and manage RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
 * Develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices.
 * Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, Data, and Product teams.
 * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance issues.
 * Implement automated testing and ensure application reliability.
 * Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
 * Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability
