Contingent upon award., The McHenry Management Group (TMMG) is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Manager to support Vessel Construction Management (VCM) Services as part of the Landing Ship Medium (LSM). The IMS Manager serves as TMMG's senior authority for all program level schedule development, integration, and governance across the five year multi shipyard construction program. This position is responsible for establishing a unified, controlled scheduling framework that ensures every shipyard plans, sequences, and reports work consistently throughout the life of the program. Operating as an extension of the VCM's Program Management Office, the IMS Manager develops and maintains the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), creates and enforces scheduling standards, conducts schedule health and critical path analysis, and ensures schedule integration across engineering, production, procurement, testing, trials, and delivery. Unlike a shipyard scheduler focused on production execution, this position governs the end to end program schedule, ensuring each shipyard operates under the same scheduling expectations, logic structures, reporting methods, and milestone frameworks. The successful candidate will engage daily with Vessel Construction Managers, Test & Evaluation leadership, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, ABS, NAVSEA, OEM vendors, and on-site TMMG planning personnel.
