## About the Role

* Experience in Desktop/Technical Support.
 * Knowledge of printer administration and network printer configuration.
 * Comfortable working with printer web interfaces and IP-based management.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred:

 * Experience with Proofpoint (preferred, not required).
 * Previous enterprise hardware deployment or migration experience.

## Description

* Configure printer SMTP settings via printer admin portals.
 * Access and manage printers using IP addresses.
 * Support migration of approximately 2,500 printers.
 * Troubleshoot printer and connectivity issues.
 * Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and weekly performance goals.
 * Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication and reporting.
