Education/Certifications * Bachelor's degree required ## Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Analyst to support a large-scale HRIS implementation by preparing, validating, and cleansing employee data within the current platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, identifying data inconsistencies, and ensuring information is accurate prior to migration into a new enterprise HR system. The initial focus of this engagement is data cleanup and preparation. As the implementation progresses, there may be opportunities to support data validation, testing, system implementation activities, and post-go-live support. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to follow established processes and business rules. Previous HR experience is preferred but not required, and experience supporting oil and gas, energy, or industrial organizations is a plus. This position is a 3+ month remote role working mostly MST and CST hours. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.
