Position may require occasional irregular work hours including weekends. Physical requirements are within the normal bounds of an office environment but may include occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds. ## Description Responsible for supporting and assisting academic technology leadership in research, implementation, and maintenance of all technology related to learning and teaching., * Develop and implement technology-based solutions to support educational programs and teaching & learning initiatives. * Provide training and support to educators and students on the use of technology for learning and instruction. * Collaborate with other members of the education team to identify areas where technology can be leveraged to improve student outcomes. * Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes * Monitor and ensure the data accuracy in the LMS :synchronization of data from Colleague to LMS * Troubleshooting for all academic related technology systems * Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the use of educational technology * Provide inter-departmental support and data analytics research on Learning Management System (LMS) - Canvas * Research emerging technologies and assess their potential for improving educational practices * Assist academic technology leadership with technology projects from start to finish, including planning, and execution.
