What You'll Bring * 3-4 years of IT support experience in a midsize or enterprise environment. * Experience supporting corporate offices, branch locations, and warehouse users. * Hands-on experience providing endpoint administration and troubleshooting support. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. What We're Looking For We're looking for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and improving the overall technology experience across the organization. * Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and shared workstations in a multi-location environment. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint device management. * Experience troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. * Working knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, Active Directory, and authentication. * Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting. * Experience supporting endpoint security, compliance, patch management, and device lifecycle management. * Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple requests while delivering timely resolutions. * Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Addison, IL headquarters five days per week.
