## Description

The VoIP & IT Project Implementation Coordinator plans, schedules and executes technology projects on time and within budget.

This position is responsible for coordinating project activities and efforts of team members, third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The goal for this position is to ensure that each customer has a positive experience and a successful outcome., * Develop project schedules

 * Document and communicate project scope and goals to the technical team
 * Coordinate with clients and manage stakeholder engagement
 * Monitor and control project development from beginning to end
 * Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
 * Develop and deliver progress reports
 * Update and maintain documentation
 * Supplement technical team with system configurations as needed
 * Provide regular reports and updated to the Project Manager
