## About the Role

* Experience supporting complex software systems and enterprise applications within Information Technology environments.
 * Experience analyzing complex business processes and developing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans.
 * Experience documenting, communicating, validating, and managing business and system requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle, including change management activities.
 * Experience preparing and delivering clear, concise written communications for business stakeholders, IT project teams, and executive management.
 * Experience working with Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), or Medicaid programs, including Eligibility and Enrollment systems (excluding Healthcare/Claims processing).
 * Experience utilizing ETL tools, batch processing, IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM), IBM Cognos report development, and HIPAA-compliant X12 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction formats.
 * Experience reviewing and evaluating technical specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives, functional requirements, and business requirements.
 * Experience developing test scenarios and test cases from documented business requirements and design use cases, executing functional and system testing, analyzing test results, and documenting defects using defect management tools.
