Preferred Skills & Experience: * Experience leading enterprise application upgrades or modernization initiatives. * Familiarity with core public sector systems such as ERP, HRIS, permitting, or asset management platforms. * Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, NIST) and change management best practices. * Public sector or similarly regulated environment experience. * Certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus. ## Description This is a strategic leadership role within the City's Information Technology Department, responsible for advancing the security, usability, and effectiveness of business systems and internal IT service delivery. As the IT Division Manager, you will lead two high-performing teams: Business Applications, which manages and upgrades the City's core software platforms, and Advancing Services, which focuses on improving service delivery and project execution across departments. This pivotal role shapes the City's data initiatives, supports major application upgrades, and leads the planning and discovery of our on-premises-to-SaaS migration.
