## About the Role

* Hands-on experience administering Ceridian Dayforce is strongly preferred.
 * Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
 * Experience working with HRIS reporting, workflows, and system configuration.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
 * No degree required-demonstrated technical ability and aptitude are valued over formal education.

## Description

* Serve as the primary administrator for the Dayforce HCM platform across multiple modules.
 * Configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, security, and system functionality.
 * Build reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR decision-making.
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to improve processes and implement system enhancements.
 * Manage testing, upgrades, and new functionality as the platform continues to evolve.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to HR stakeholders.
 * Maintain data integrity while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
 * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the employee lifecycle.
