## About the Role

* 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
 * Previous migration and servers upgrade experience required. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts, computer hardware, and mobile devices.
 * Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.

Bonus Points

 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management platforms, RMM tools, antivirus and EDR solutions.
 * Have and entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a complex manufacturing work environment.
 * Previous support with multi-site and/or global business environments.

## Description

Double E Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. You will provide day-to-day technical support for employees while assisting with key IT infrastructure, security, and modernization initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys helping users, improving processes, and contributing to projects that strengthen the company's technology environment., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
 * Assist users with account access, password resets, and MFA enrollment.
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
 * Maintain accurate hardware, software, and IT asset inventories.
 * Assist with implementation and management of RMM, antivirus, and EDR solutions.
 * Support various migration and updates our IT infrastructure with a strong focus in strengthening our security protocols.
 * Document systems, procedures, and support processes.
 * Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and third-party support organizations.
 * Assist with ongoing IT projects and technology deployments.
 * Occasional travel to company locations may be required
