The team reports out both internally and externally on the holistic revenue health of the company. The Manager oversees answering challenging revenue questions using data and strong analytical skills to provide answers and recommendations. The Manager will also develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to measure effectiveness of revenue generation and track initiatives. Finally, the Manager cultivates the development of their Crewmembers' skillsets/analytical prowess and manages relationships with other internal teams and business partners., * Be a key revenue storyteller by preparing and/or presenting performance trends on a regular basis to leadership * Curate regularly cadenced Exec level reporting dashboards that meet the needs of the targeted audiences * Collaborate with other Revenue Management and Commercial leaders to drive incremental revenue * Perform ad hoc analysis and create models to make robust recommendations in support of revenue initiatives as well as monitor and iterate once launched * Manage relationships with business partners that are critical for Revenue Management data and processes * Oversee submission of critical reports to external business partners such as the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Airlines for America (A4A) * Take a significant role in the development of Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement * Other duties as assigned, * Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls * Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities * The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.
