## About the Role

* 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
 * Experience managing large, enterprise-level technology projects
 * Proven success leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
 * Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
 * MS Project
 * Smartsheet
 * Jira
 * ServiceNow
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, * Experience leading implementations involving:
 * ERP systems
 * CRM platforms
 * Cloud migrations
 * Enterprise applications
 * Data integration initiatives
 * Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
 * Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
 * Higher education experience is a plus, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
 * Master's degree preferred
 * PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred, * How many years of IT Project Management experience do you have?

## Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide technology initiatives for a prestigious university in Boston. This role is ideal for a senior project manager who excels at managing complex cross-functional projects, partnering with executive stakeholders, and delivering large IT implementations from planning through execution.

This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite each week.

What You'll Do

 * Lead multiple enterprise IT projects from initiation through implementation
 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
 * Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders
 * Drive projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
 * Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications
 * Facilitate cross-functional meetings and remove project roadblocks
 * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
