In this role, you will lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS implementations, client consulting, and solution configuration. We are looking for candidates who want to work on things that make an impact on the world and are passionate about delivering the right solution to the clients., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. * 5-7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms in a client-facing consulting or implementation role. * Hands-on experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications, including workflows, business rules, forms, user interfaces, reports, dashboards, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and business process automation. * Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, authentication, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and post-production support. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
