Strongly Preferred * Experience with FedRAMP, RMF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, or related compliance frameworks. * Experience with RegScale, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, eMASS, Xacta, or similar GRC platforms. * Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and Power Automate. * Experience supporting government or regulated industry customers. * Familiarity with continuous monitoring, compliance automation, and cybersecurity operations. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Solution Engineering experience. * 2+ years supporting AI, automation, or machine learning platforms in production environments. * U.S. Citizenship preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain government suitability requirements as needed. ## Description C2 Labs is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build and operate the next generation of AI-enabled compliance solutions. This role serves as a foundational member of the AI & Innovation team and will support the development of AI agents, compliance automation, workflow orchestration, and platform integrations that power our advisory services.
