## About the Role

* Bachelor Degree in an engineering discipline

 * Experience in the overall system engineering lifecycle

 * Experience with missile, defense, aerospace, or related systems.

 * Working knowledge or experience with architecture development of missile, defense, aerospace, or related systems

 * Active Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship Required

Desired skills

 * Knowledge of AGILE process

 * Experience with MBSE architecture tools

 * Experience in trade-off anlaysis, performance modeling, Ability to work remotely

What does this role look like?
As a System Engineer Staff on the Medusa program, you develop the definition of the overall system architecture. In this role, you will:

 * Support the senior systems architect
 * Conduct trade studies
 * Develop and document the system architecture
 * Define the high-level functional, logical and physical architectures
 * Present architecture at design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
 * Coordinate with requirements team to ensure the requirements are aligned with the system architecture
 * Coordinate with test and validation teams to ensure architecture supports testability and maintainability
