Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # CDI - Responsable de domaine IT Marketing et Animation - **Company:** Sephora SAS - **Location:** Inconnu, France - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Excel, Computer Animation, Application Performance Management, Unit Testing, Software Quality, Data Integration, Automation of Marketing, Adobe Campaign - **Published:** July 13, 2026 - **Apply:** https://fr.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=f5b9194b9f5b2339 ## About the Role * Have experience in managing Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement Platform program transformation projects. * Possess technical, CRM and Marketing expertise. * Demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, and a proactive approach. * Excel at leading product teams. * Are proficient in agile environments (SAFe). * Are curious and a source of proposals for technology watch and innovation activities. * Have professional English. ## Description * Define and guarantee the technical architecture of Marketing Automation solutions (Adobe Campaign V8), DAM/CMS (AEM) for CRM, and the "Voice of the Customer" application within Sephora's IT ecosystem. * Ensure the quality of deliverables from delivery teams, adhering to planning, technical-functional specifications, and security constraints. * Provide technical support to Product, Testing Factory, Governance, and Business teams. * Define and guarantee the integrity of data integrated into marketing platforms, while ensuring the implementation and adherence to Sephora's IT security standards. * Ensure the technical performance of marketing campaigns (sending speed, deliverability, and data integration). * Establish and monitor the capacity plan in line with the Sephora roadmap and estimated workloads. * Manage the budget for your scope and ensure its compliance. * Oversee the monitoring of application performance. * Contribute to "discovery" phases and high-level estimation for new initiatives. * Manage relationships with publishers, challenging their roadmap and the quality of their support. * Conduct active technological watch and promote innovative solutions. * Supervise the operational deployment of technical CRM and Marketing components for "run" with Digital Ops teams and the L3 Product support system. * Guarantee the application of development best practices, security policies, as well as the performance and exploitability of systems. * Ensure necessary technical documentation is created (a priori and a posteriori). * Be responsible for the automation of technical processes (high-frequency releases, automated code quality tests, automated unit tests). * Participate in recruitment and team "casting" to anticipate ramp-up needs. * Act as a relay for best practices to development teams., * Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit. * Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead. * Work that brings fulfillment.
