 * DTC/e-commerce business model literacy at 7-9 figure scale

## Description

* Provide embedded strategic coaching to four Senior Creative Strategists, developing their growth strategy and performance fluency
 * Serve as the primary performance and growth voice within the Creative Strategy department
 * Diagnose and reverse-engineer performance bottlenecks across accounts, coaching individuals to resolve them
 * Lead all department training focused on growth strategy, media buying, offer strategy, distribution, and constraint-based thinking
 * Build the systems and cross-functional rituals that align Creative Strategy and Growth Strategy as one joined-up function
 * Audit priority accounts when performance dips, identifying root causes and resetting strategy alongside the pod, * High-impact, high-leverage role, your coaching multiplies across an entire department, not just one account
 * Work at the forefront of AI-enabled creative and performance strategy
