Applications from candidates based outside the UK will not be considered., We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the company's management team with administrative, operational and project-related tasks., * Currently residing in the United Kingdom. * Valid legal right to live and work in the UK, supported by appropriate official documentation. * English at B2/C1 level or above, including strong business-writing skills. * Confident use of Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. * High attention to detail and a responsible approach to deadlines. * Ability to research information independently and propose practical solutions. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. * Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home-working setup.
