We're Looking For A proactive, resilient and collaborative Change professional who can hit the ground running, engage stakeholders at all levels and drive successful adoption across a high-profile transformation programme. This is a Business Change role, not a Project Management role, and candidates must demonstrate strong change delivery experience ## Description We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager with strong AI and SharePoint expertise to support one of the Met Police's largest transformation programmes, impacting over 45,000 officers and staff.
