Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, improving performance and creating a positive, accountable working environment. Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of workflow management, resource planning, service delivery, performance reporting and process improvement. Digital Industry Experience: Experience working within digital marketing, media, technology, professional services or a fast paced agency environment is strongly preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to present operational plans and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
