## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our Housing Property Services Team. This office-based role is crucial in delivering efficient, high-quality maintenance and repairs services to our council housing stock. You will play a key role in ensuring our tenants and leaseholders receive a reliable and responsive service they can trust.

Day-to-day of the role:

 * Manage work orders and job tickets from start to finish - raising, allocating, and closing jobs using our job management system.
 * Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and customer-focused service.
 * Maintain accurate records and databases, handling all information with confidentiality and care.
 * Produce and proofread documents, reports, and meeting minutes to a high standard.
 * Support the collection and analysis of performance data and customer satisfaction feedback.
 * Assist in coordinating maintenance activities and supporting operational teams to ensure services run efficiently and effectively.
