## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für SAP FI/CO-Anwendungen.
 * Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von FI/CO-Prozessen.
 * Benutzerunterstützung und Schulung von Key-Usern und Fachabteilungen.
 * Monitoring und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu anderen SAP-Modulen.
 * Mitarbeit an SAP-Projekten, insbesondere bei Upgrades, Migrationen und neuen Implementierungen.
 * Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und internen IT-Teams.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Ticketbearbeitung.
