* Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Anwendungen
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld
 * Unterstützung bei SAP-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemanpassungen
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung im SAP-System (2nd und 3rd Level Support)
 * Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP-Modulen (je nach Schwerpunkt, z. B. FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Support für Anwender
